LUMINOUS INTENSITY
Luminous intensity is a measure of the wavelength-weighted power emitted by a light source in a particular direction per unit solid angle, based on the luminosity function, a standard model of the sensitivity fo the human eye. The SI unit of luminous intensity is the candela (cd).
ILLUMINANCE
Illuminance is the total luminous flux incident on a surface, per unit area.
COLOUR TEMPERATURE
The colour temperature of a light source is the temperature of a ideal black-dody radiator that radiates light of comparable hue to that of the light source. The higher temperature of the black-body, the more blue part and less red part in the spectrum, e.g.: the colour temperature of incandecent lamp is 2700K called warm white, the temperature of day light fluorescent lamp is 600K called cool white.
